How it works:

We create pricing and provide an approved floor plan pdf for you to add to the listing

You market a complete land + home package to potential buyers
Your earnings:

3% commission when a registered client signs a Final Purchase Agreement on the approved plan with minimal modifications within 90 days

$5,000 bonus if a registered client chooses to work with us on a custom home and finalizes a Final Purchase Agreement within 180 days

No bonus or commission if they purchase the land without building with us
All commissions are calculated on the Final Purchase Agreement price, which does not include the land.

You earn 3% commission on the home price (not the land) when they build within 90 days.
