Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility Requirements: Agent must be actively licensed in South Carolina or North Carolina in the state where the transaction takes place. Clients must be active, registered clients of the participating agent at the time of registration and throughout the transaction. All clients must be registered through the official registration form prior to initial contact with Boxwood Homes.

Commission & Bonus Payment: All commissions and bonuses are subject to the specific terms, timeframes, and conditions outlined in this program. Payment is contingent upon the client signing a Final Purchase Agreement within the specified timeframe and completing the transaction with Boxwood Homes. Commissions are calculated on the home price only and do not include land costs.

Program Modifications: Boxwood Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this agent partnership program, including all commission structures, bonus amounts, timeframes, and eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice. Changes may apply to new registrations and pending transactions at Boxwood Homes' sole discretion.
