Toby Logel brings over 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. After taking over his family’s contracting business, he expanded into a full-service commercial landscaping and irrigation company, completing large-scale projects throughout the Southeast.

When the opportunity arose to move into his passion for homebuilding, Toby realized his dream of designing and constructing exceptional, high-quality homes. He is a licensed builder in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, with experience ranging from multi-family developments to custom luxury homes valued in the multi-millions. Toby is dedicated to designing well-lived-in homes crafted with care, maintaining an unwavering focus on both budget and quality — resulting in satisfied homeowners who love where they live.

A proud graduate of Clemson University, Toby has received several professional designations, including Green Builder Certification and EarthCraft Certification.

Toby is married and the proud father of three daughters. A lifelong Clemson Tigers and Buffalo Bills fan, he brings the same dedication and team spirit to his work that he shows for his favorite teams.
